Seyram Nutsugah brings over a decade of expertise in advertising and public relations, specializing in managing top international and world-class brands.

He is a formidable strategist and a staunch advocate for the incorporation of behavioral psychology and economics within marketing and advertising strategies.

With a background spanning diverse roles in business development, experiential and BTL marketing, brand account management, and leadership in public relations and corporate communications, Seyram has made impactful contributions across organizations such as Glitz Africa, Renegades Africa, Publicis Groupe, and Social Ghana Advertising agency.

Furthermore, he has held significant C-suite positions, including serving as the Group Head of Public Relations and Corporate Communications at the KGL Group of Companies.

Betty Buyu is an Intra- Africa Public Relations and Communications specialist with over ten years of experience working in various executive capacities in Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Tanzania, Botswana and Namibia.

She has led projects in East, West and Southern Africa for Forbes, CNBC Africa and Oxford Business Group. Notable brands worked on include the prestigious FORBES Africa publications, Fortune Magazine and the renowned Oxford Business Group annual economic reports.

Notable successes include organizing and executing the first OBG Kenya Barometer Launch in 2018, planned and project managed the Kenya Investment Conference (KIICO) in 2015, Forbes Africa country specific reports for Ghana, Nigeria, Tanzania among others and also led CNBC documentary productions for Ghana, Nigeria and Botswana.

Betty joined Paper Merchant in 2023, having left her role as Country Manager for Penresa, a reputable international Communications Agency based in Dubai.

Takyi Gilbert-Arthur, is the Creative Director at Paper Merchant, with almost fifteen years of industry experience.
His career began with roles as a Creative Consultant for major brands like Unilever Ghana, Bayport Ghana and ROCHE from 2012 to 2016, where he honed his skills in brand visual identity management and product package design.

From 2016 to 2023, at Publicis West Africa, he worked with brands such as Diageo Corporate, Guinness, Malta Guinness, Orijin, Star Beer, Alvaro, Nescafe, Maggi, NIDO and Milo. These roles have significantly enhanced his insight into creative execution and consumer preferences across the Central and West Africa region.

At Paper Merchant, he aims to revolutionize Ghana’s advertising landscape with top notch creative execution.

An experienced creative and composite designer with a robust creative acumen.

His expertise spans across diverse industries: FMCG, banking, insurance, Real Estate, academia, NGOs and farming. Joseph’s expertise lies in people management and visual communication, touching brands like Unibank, Access Bank, ADB, Kasapreko, Gihoc Distilleries, Bosch, Star Assurance, Star Life, Waica-Re, Capemay Properties, Doughman Foods, Toku Foundation, Academic City University Collage.

His journey began at Telemedia Communications, where he learned from illustrious minds, and later at Renegades Africa Advertising, where he was mentored by one of Ghana’s premier retouchers and composite designers. His multifaceted expertise has earned him the moniker ‘The Avatar.’

A passionate Account Manager at heart with a background in strategy and design. My journey in advertising began with a deep curiosity and drive to re-define the advertising landscape in Ghana.

I believe in collaboration and teamwork in the pursuit of success, and my role at Paper Merchant allows me to do just that. My role allows me to work quick on my feet and sharpen my problem solving skills .

Outside of work, I enjoy reading and the occasional trip to the outdoors.I find inspiration in all the young creatives who are thriving in their individual fields and I am always seeking new ways to better myself. I am excited to be part of a team that values self-development and I look forward to leaving a Ghana-sized mark on the world.

A market-savvy and results-oriented marketing strategy professional committed to delivering results, with over ten years experience working on brands like Nestlé, Dano, Arla, Aromate Mayonnaise, MAGGI, NIDO, Ideal Milk, Carnation milk and NESCAFÉ.
